Scene from Marathi Movie
The six-feet long idol of the Ganesh has been attracting the attention of Ganesh devotees for a long time since now. The mandal has succeeded in completing its display on the very first day of the festival. The mandal has depicted a scene from the famous Marathi movie Deobappa showing the scene with children and a peacock dancing to the tune of the popular song Naach re Mora penned by the late P L Deshpande. The president Anil Kakde has ensured depiction of a moment during which the animals express happiness on the arrival of the showers. |
