The Left Side Provides you with the folders list and Folder management. If you haven't created any folder yet, click on Manage Folders to begin with. You can shortlist you favourite candidates in these folders

Using the right side on this page, you can search candidates or view details and responses to the Ads you have posted. You can even post your Job requirements here.
