Saints of Maharashtra It has a fiberglass idol that is about nine feet high. The mandal was the first to introduce a fibreglass idol in the city. The display depicts moments from the live of Saints of Maharashtra like Dnyaneshwar, Tukaram and Namdeo. Presented in the form of murals designed by well-known sculpture Vivek Khatavkar attracts the attention of devotees. One of the most famous mandals of the city, the Tulshibaug is well known for its beautiful display and thought provoking themes. |

This is one of the oldest and prestigious Ganesh mandal in Pune.
It will be completing its centenary next year.
This mandal is known for the size of Ganesh idol.
The idol is almost 15 feet high, every year a new 15 feet idol is created by a sculptor Mr. Khataokar.
This is the first mandal to make a fiber glass idol of Ganpati.
Famous artists like Malati Pande,Saraswati Rane, Prabha Atre perform in front of Lord Ganesh.
